ok, this is going to sound really sad, but here goes anyway. Just spent a boring sunday afternoon at home and decided to check out the latest thread before vegging in front of the telly!! After much counting and no dodgy 'phone voting, it appears Pavelski that you have already reached your magic 100 mark, unfortunatley maths is not a pre-requisite of posting on this forum and so Bigcats posted the 100th use a couple of days ago. Well done to all bored / frustrated skiers / boarders out there, never mind, soon be winter again!?!?!
I would have got away with it if it wasn't for those pesky kids!

That's like going to a mountain with a run you are excited to try and in the process of looking for it, realise that you did it without knowing.

I'm in on this one really, really .... really late and don't know if this use has been offered - so please forgive me if it has.
How about a summer time use of the ski poles as a simple hammock drive mechanism. My hammock is like a fishnet and a pole in each hand through the netting would work quite well as pressure would be applied from hand to hand as the hammock rocks back and forth.
This is simpler than using a washingmachine motor to drive a cam mechansm Pavel - which that guy suggested to you recently. I'm heading out to test drive this summertime ski pole use right now !!

2 ski poles used across the bindings of the skis, dug in the snow (not twin tips) in order to create a relaxing seat for a beer during a hard days skiing!... its been done!
