The sales begin now in most big snowsport ratailers, ie. Snow and Rock, Ellis Brigham etc.

Prices are slashed as they are preparing for all of next years stuff to arrive, so there are many good bargains to be had if you look for them!!

Depends if you are looking for really good quality at discount rates or your more basic gear at rock bottom prices!! Low to mid range, TKMaxx do a good line, but go very early in the season for best stock, For cheap and functional go to Decathlon, but not good enough for really cold conditions but for the really good gear go at the end of season to the major players such as Ellis Brigham and Snow and Rock .... I have also looked at skiwear4less.com and my friend bought her gear from there, so worth spending time looking around. J
A bad day on the slopes is better than a good day in the office !

TK Maxx is the only place where you will pick up top quality gear very cheap.
I bought Columbis bottoms for £30 rrp £95, a Helly Hansen jacket for £65 rrp £150 and a Cross jacket last week for £39 rrp £175. You cannot go wrong.
The only thing is you might have to visit several stores to find either your size or something you particularly like. Its a game of luck at TK Maxx.
Otherwise, if you want the best gear, expect to pay not short of top notch prices.
I really want to North Face jacket, but dont see the point in paying £300 upwards to be honest.
