New skier - need advice for sking Bohinj

Hi

We have booked our first ski holiday and are staying in Bohinj. Just wondered if anyone could offer advice on the best places to ski? We are a mixture of 3 intermediate skiers and 2 adults beginners and 2 children beginners. Need somewhere with a ski school for us beginners and good slopes for the other.
Also advice where is best to buy ski passes and ski hire etc and if best to sort before we go?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. So many resorts I'm getting very confused.
