Whistler shuttle bus times

She who must be obeyed and myself are off to Whistler for the first time in Feb and are scouring everything that is Whistler at the moment, but although we know the shuttle bus runs around every 6-12 mins we don't know when it begins and ends each day - can anyone advise?
We're staying at the Coast Blackcomb suites which we understand to be in the upper village so the need for the bus is probably wanted to get about and especially if we want (and we do) to do the earlier morning Fresh tracks up the mountain. Anybody stayed there and have any hints or tips please?
