Item 5 : Polar Fleece Jacket Contest

At a risk in offending all the skiers on this site, I am posting a question in regards to boards.
Those wide items that many young person think are "new"!

As in all "inventions" there are several persons who "claim" to have thought of using one large wide board to slide down a snow slope. I am aware that in Turkey and in China many locals use wide curved boards to slide down pastures full of snow. They have been doing this for hundreds of years.

The question is,,,,,when did ski magazines discover this item and report it with an article and picture.
