Apart from that, I am entering the busiest period of my job. This will last through to September with me working long days and quite a few Saturdays. The good news is that once September gets here, we only have a month before the Ski racing starts again
I will ensure that I make some time to watch the Tour De France and probably some of the Criterium Dauphine.

And - maybe I will do a day's ski course on a dry ski slope in Milton Keynes or Hemel Hempstead during the summer :D

Then I am planning at least one new bathroom installation, hall/landing decorating, underfloor heating & re-tiling in the conservatory. And those are just the projects that she has told me about.....
Three or four half weeks painting, song-writing, recording.
Oh, a week and a half walking & painting in the Highlands, and looking at a summer week walking in Austria or Northern Italy.
Lots of ski-planning ~ our ski buddies all want to do different things next season, so planning and costing.......

That sounds excruciating  Don't we need a coccyx for balance

However, I've managed to get 11 days away early July in Skiathos.
Plus its an even numbered year which means FOOTBALL.....The Euros are on so that will take up 4 weeks entertainment for me.
And there's the Olympics of course, although I doubt I'll bother watching much of anything except the sprint finals.
I plan to get out on my bike a few times a week as soon as the weather picks up to try to keep a bit fitter but looking out the window today......nah.
Off to Venice next week for 4 days break which should be good.
