I have a pair of boots from my brother and he had inlays in them. He has taken them out but I am finding the boot very sticky and I cannot get my foot into the boot. Any ideas how to remove!

Some custom foot beds are very grippy making it hard for socks to slide over them. If it is a custom foot bed, you would might find it very uncomfortable any way (unless you and your brother are identical twins). To remove it and replace it with another foot bed (insole), you will need to pull the liners out of the boot shells. It is then easy to pull the foot bed out.
You might want to do some reading up on ski boot fitting.

If its the sticky your trying to remove it might be easier to get your own foot beds to put on top, of course you will need to remove the liners from the boot and be careful not to stick them in the wrong spot!
If your budget will stretch to it I would get your own boots fitted for you if you possibly can. Well fitting boots do make a hell of a difference to your skiing as well as your comfort.
