I can't quite see the need or the desirability for this. I certainly won't buy a ski with a rail fitting.
I don't believe that it's possible to build a rail system to accommodate all bindings.
More buyers will head for small ski mfrs and Boutique ski makers.
Go flat, get the ramp angle you want :D
