Skiing for 1st time since hubby's knee surgery last year. This was to repair a severed acl after some average downhill turns, March last year. Any tips on what he should or should not do.
He has been told to wear his support brace, but his knee is A1 otherwise.
Should he support the other knee as well, is he more prone to it happening again because it has previously?

speak to the doc..... ;) They tend to know more about the patient than internet doctors :)

I put great store in re-building the quads. You can do this with home exercises, while watching the telly.
