Hello,
just about to book up to go skiing from the 27th March for a week. Do I go Tignes or Les Deux Alpes? I'm nearly an intermediate skier and my partner is an ok snowboarder. Haven't skied in France before.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Emily

Well thats a tough call. I did see L2A is due a big dump of snow about now, and its high with a glacier so you can't go far wrong, but Tignes is also high and has a glacier.
I've not been to either, but have been to Alpe d'Huez (just across the road from L2A) and enjoyed skiing in the southern alps where it was often sunny and less crowded than somewhere like Tignes can get.
I think you'd be safe with either option, Tignes does have the link with Val d'Isere which gives it an edge IMO.
