Freshly deep filled baguettes, Couscous Good selection of fruit Tracker bars or Granola Bars Piece of cake Nuts and seeds? Nothing like crisps, yogurts etc just in-case those less stable on our feet crash a few times and crush it all! (That would be me!)" I must have spent about £200 in one week just fedeing myself at lunchtime! :cry: |

I get this all the time. In fact it's holding me back on improving my skiing. i'm 31 and have a fantastic level of cardio fitness, just can't get past the burn! I am not a light person though - perhaps that's it. :roll: how does that rock your theory! |
