Colder than a cold place in ColdVille, where the President of the Country of Cold has declared a state of emergency because theres going to be an unprecidented spate of cold weather.

-20 at least but very possibly -30. Especially when we have some evening trips on snowmobiles planned.

Rose, for -20 and below, I think you will need a balaclava. Even if you manage to find/make an oil based foundation, and get some high altitude sun cream (which has less water), you risk damage to the minor blood vessels in the face, as the skin contains water.
