For example, my recent ski video is available online but not on iPad or Mobile. Its because of the audio track by the Stereophonics. Im guessing when its displayed on a computer they can advertise the song and place a link to buy it but on a mobile device they can't.

I thought Apple got it right as soon as they hear a track from the Stereophonics everything comes to a halt :twisted:
