J2Ski group holiday to Tignes January 13th 2013

It seems there is no need for anyone to worry that Les Brevieres may be too quiet for them in the evening :lol:

My daughter very kindly allowed me to post 2 of her uni ski group photos taken at their night out in the Underground Bar (behind the chalet Chardons). One of them shows dancing on the table, and the other shows a selection of the flavoured vodkas. And they reckoned the alcohol and snacks in this Bar were the cheapest they found in Tignes all week, and they all had a great time in this Bar.





And here are the official details about it, taken from the chalet Chardons website:


The Underground bar is our public bar situated behind Chalet Chardons and is open from 3pm till 1.30am every day. In the bar there is free WiFi and internet computers are available to use for those who don't have a laptop or smart phone with them. Also in the bar is the ever popular 'Babyfoot' table football and sporting events are shown on the large screen televisions. Bar snacks are available and we often run special evenings with live music, BBQ's, Karaoke or even just a nice, quiet pub quiz.

I don't know about ovaltine, but I'm hoping they'll give me a decent cup of tea - with milk. I really hate those herbal teas they serve in France - in something like a glass with no milk in it :cry:

And then, whilst the others are downing vodkas and goodness only knows what, I can have a nice cup of tea, before I dance on the table :lol:

In fact, maybe I'd better start practising that now - it would be embarassing if I fell off the table :oops:

Early days yet & may look into your suggestions further down the line when desperation creeps in :(

Firstly I got to deal with all the PMs from Romania, Russia & Thailand, find it hard to believe that so many women from these countries are dedicated skiers :shock: might have to bump some of these to Icey, apparently he`s good at this sort of thing -)

Hmmm, I hear you!... :shock: ... surprised there were no "funny" comments thrown at this from the other guys ... :wink: :wink:

Just to remind everyone what this thread is supposed to be about:

Brooksy is looking for a MALE J2Skier to share an en-suite twin room with balcony, room number 6 in the chalet Bonjour-Bonjour in Tignes for a group ski holiday with other J2Skiers and their friends and families, starting on Sunday 13th January 2013.

And if anyone else is interested in going on this holiday with us, would you please either post a message up on here or send me a pm. The basic description of the holiday is on the first page of this thread, and at the moment we still have several spare rooms in the chalet.
