Thats a nice position to be in Ian, I never learn and have booked in advance just to secure the trips we want. I will wait out next season and pick up a bargain with any luck. I also fancy the Dolomites. Arraba looks impressive and Selva :)

Yes, thats the trade off, you have to get the time right or you miss out however, as you don't mind location within reason there are a lot of bargains to be had. You seem to get the best deals in France or Andorra.
